I am beginning to feel more socially acceptable and people are noticing which is a good thing! I do have to say I owe it to the threat of ritual humiliation, getting weighed on a weekly basis works for me however much it costs! I have learnt to be inventive with food . and also that the exercise is the important bit! I have been doing 20 minutes a day .

Time stands still best in moments that look suspiciously like ordinary life. Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart. Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. Let me hold you while I may, for it may not always be so. Sometimes our fate resembles a fruit tree in winter. Who would think that those branches would turn green again and blossom, but we hope it, we know it.
